We strive to provide the most factual information by sourcing writers and industry influencers who are passionate about sharing their experiences and knowledge with our audience. While some articles may be updated or edited after publishing, our general editorial process is as follows:

  • Health writers research the topic thoroughly, write and submit the article (along with all referenced sources) to the Managing Editor.
  • The Managing Editor (or supporting Editor) proofreads for things like consistency, grammar, and style.
  • The article, if of a medical nature, is passed to a health professional for fact-checking and approval.
  • The editor confirms any edit requests made by the health professional before publishing.
