DHA, or docosahexaenoic acid, is one of the three main forms of Omega-3 fatty acids. In one study, DHA’s were shown to be particularly effective in reducing the risk and progression of Alzheimer’s. Enjoy Omega-3 fatty acids in fish such as salmon, trout, sardines. You can also find them in walnuts, eggs, and in flax seeds.
