There have been studies that show consuming vinegar after a high-carb meal can lower blood sugar and improve the amount of glucose in the blood by 34-percent, explains Healthline.
“A daily dose of ACV can help stabilize and regulate your blood sugar. This also can prevent [glucose in the blood] resistance, a symptom of pre-diabetes,” says Amy Leigh Mercree, author of Apple Cider Vinegar Handbook to Reader’s Digest.
