Myth 1: Short Term “Diets”, Long Term Gain

The fact is there is no miracle diet, weight loss program, or elixir that will immediately provide dream results. So find a “diet” that you can stick to for life (or else you won’t maintain it). A diet has no end plan, you will be eating for the rest of your life so your eating plan should feature healthy, but realistic rules that you can stick to for the long haul.
