La clave para disfrutar la época festiva cuando tiene diabetes es controlar de cerca los síntomas tratando de comer lo más sano posible y haciendo ejercicio cada vez que pueda.

Pídale ayuda a su doctor o proveedor de salud para elaborar un plan alimenticio en el que pueda estar feliz en esta época del año sin experimentar un incremento brusco de sus niveles de glucosa.
